Physician Assistants

Christine Hamblin, RPAC

Christine Hamblin, RPAC Christine Hamblin, RPAC,  earned a BSMT at SUNY Health Science Center, Syracuse, and completed her Physician Assistant degree with highest honors at RIT in 1997.    Her employment as a Medical Technologist included experience in clinical chemistry, hematology, and blood bank.  Before joining OAR in 2001, Christine was part of the Surgical Orthopaedic Team at Rochester General Hospital, and also worked at the Wilson Center providing inpatient and outpatient care.  She is a member of the NPAA and Rochester Regional Physician Assistants, and has experience in teaching phlebotomy and fracture care to medical students.  She maintains privileges at Unity Health Park Ridge Hospital and Rochester General Hospital.


David Paniccia, RPAC

David Paniccia, RPAC David Paniccia, RPAC, earned his BS as a Physician Assistant at D’Youville College, following undergraduate work at SUNY Cortland and Monroe Community College. Dave has been certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants since 2003.  He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the New York State Society of PAs, and the Rochester Regional Physician Assistant Organization.  Prior to joining OAR in 2003, he worked at Rochester General Hospital.  Dave is a member of the Adjunct Staff of the Department of Orthopaedics at Park Ridge Hospital.


Christina Hatfield,  RPAC, MPAS

Christina Hatfield, RPAC, MPAS Christina Hatfield,  RPAC, MPAS earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania. She continued her studies at Gannon and earned a Masters of Physician Assistant Science Degree in 2003. Before joining OAR in 2006, Christina worked at Rochester General Hospital for the department of Orthopedic Surgery, where she is currently adjunct staff. She is a member of the National Physician Assistant Association as well as the Rochester Regional Physician Assistant Association. She has also been previously recognized by the Rochester Institute of Technology Physician Assistant program for work as a student clinical instructor.
